FAQs
1. Does the location need to have wifi?
No. Our equipment includes dedicated and bonded routers to insure a strong and uninterrupted live stream. In areas with a weak signal, if the venue has wifi and it can be made available to us, we can use that signal as an additional boost to the live stream.
2. How is audio handled in a live stream?
If possible, we place our mic on the podium so we can get everyone who speaks at the service. We have other options, such as placing a mic on the actual speaker or using a room mic.

3. Do you capture the audience during a wedding or funeral?
In either case, our focus is on the service. For a wedding, we are't too concerned about capturing the audience. In the case of a funeral, our goal is to be respectful, discreet and not capture the private, emotional moments of the family. If the guests come into our static view, such as entering, exiting and viewing, it will be part of the stream.
4. Is there a direct link?
The live stream will appear on our LIVE STREAM page on the website. You will receive a link to the page and that can be shared.
5. Is the stream private?
No, the stream is inherently not private. If you need your stream to be password protected, we need at least 48 hours notice.
6. Are the live streams available to watch later?
All live streams will reside on the appropriate PAST LIVE STREAMS page on the website for one year.
7. Can the live stream be downloaded?
We can provide a download link on request after the event. The download file is compressed it may have some loss of quality. If you are archiving, you should have a flash drive and not leave this on your computer.
8. Can I receive a copy of the livestream in any other format?
We can provide you with a USB drive for $30 each or a DVD for $35 each. Please allow two weeks for delivery on either of those formats.
9. Are there travel fees?
There are no travel fees if the event is within 50 miles of Conway, AR. For events 50-100 miles away, please add $100. If the event is over 100 miles away, we will be happy to provide a quote for you.
10. How is payment handled?
We send an online invoice with a link to pay before the event. We ask that the invoice is paid before the event.
Weddings and funerals can be stressful. We don't want to add to your emotional day. Paying before the event lets us focus on doing the best job we can for you and your guests. It gives us a chance to make sure all questions and logistics are handled before the event.
11. Do venues have guidelines for livestreams?
Sometimes, venues have guidelines about where we can set up our equipment. It's so very important that we know about these guidelines before the event. Sometimes, we have to call the venue and talk to the coordinator ourselves.. and that's ok! We want to provide the best result so knowing ahead of time is necessary.
If we find out at the venue that there are restrictions, please don't worry. In our 30 years of being wedding vendors, we have learned to adapt and get the job done.
